1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website (h2bis.com, web.h2bis.com) or contracting digital engineering services with H2WEB / Zincat Technology, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Scope of Services & Deliverables
H2WEB provides custom web development, hospitality reservation engines, e-commerce architectures, UI/UX design, SEO optimization, and infrastructure maintenance. Specific project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and service level agreements (SLAs) are governed by mutually executed Statement of Work (SOW) documents.
3. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
Upon final settlement of all contractual project fees, full intellectual property rights and codebase ownership for custom-built client assets transfer to the client. H2WEB retains the right to showcase non-confidential project visuals and metrics in its public portfolio.
4. Client Responsibilities & Content
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, assets (copy, branding, photography, third-party API credentials), and ensuring they possess rightful copyright for all materials supplied to H2WEB during the project development lifecycle.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we engineer high-performance systems conforming to strict uptime, security, and SEO standards, H2WEB and its partners shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or third-party service outages (including external payment gateway disruptions or domain DNS registrar faults).
6. Governing Law & Contact
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Sri Lanka, the United States, and Japan under commercial jurisdiction.
